You have more than power — you have authority.

This week, Pastor Alex reminded us that God’s power isn’t limited to physical healing. Jesus came to heal minds, restore souls, and give us authority — the legal right to stand against the enemy.

The early church didn’t just walk in power; they walked in authority. Before the Holy Spirit was poured out, Jesus gave authority to His disciples and the seventy. They cast out demons and healed the sick — and we’re called to do the same.

As followers of Christ, we don’t need to fear the enemy or darkness. Jesus has given us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions. He is seated far above all rule, power, and dominion — and we share in that victory.

Let’s walk boldly, without fear, and in the authority Jesus has given us.
